Our little boy was dedicated today... it's the reason my in-laws have been visiting. They've been nice enough to come up for each of the kids' dedication services. What a blessing Cruz is and what a responsibility this thing called parenthood is, too! We pray that God will grant us the grace and wisdom to raise Cruz in the fear and knowledge of the Lord!
Afterward, we gathered for dinner at our house. My momma was kind enough to bring dessert-- an oatmeal cake with penuche frosting. Yum. Mo! I know we are blessed to be surrounded by family who love us and encourage us in the Lord!
And speaking of family, here's my baby brother who turned 30 today. He lives in the far of land of Florida... and we just found out that he and his wife are expecting their fourth. See, I told you ya needed another! Happy Birthday, Joshy, and congrats on the little one on the way. I love you even though you make me feel old. It's all good... my husband balances it out and makes me feel young. (Love you too, babe!)
